I began my strength training journey with Andy and Conor when I was 47. I started on a beginner programme, and right from the start I felt like I was part of a community, training alongside and learning from professionals in the gym. by the time I reached 50 I advanced onto the StrongFit programme and this has truly transformed my strength and health. I found myself bursting with energy and noticed positive changes in all areas of my life! Now, I absolutely love deadlifting – Its my favourite thing to do!

StrongFit Programme
Hypertrophy, strength and peaking phases with an attention to improving technique. Regular changes to accessory lifts and varieties of main lifts to address weaknesses. Adjusting programming around you – competition planning, injury workaround, general work and life stress. The Buan powerlifting program has it all and Conor and Andy’s creative and flexible programming, encouragement and support have kept powerlifting fun and challenging for me over the past 7 years.

Powerlifting
I really enjoyed the ‘Fit Ma’ programme. Conor, Andy and the team were very supportive and knowledgeable. It was reassuring to know that the exercises were safe to do during pregnancy. The plan was very manageable and easy to follow. The programme helped me feel fit, strong and energised during the pregnancy. Following the ‘Fit Ma’ programme has definitely aided my postpartum recovery too. I would highly recommend the programme

Pre & Post Natal Programme
This is my third season using the programme. I’ve gotten multiple programmes off the lads, for off-season speed and strength and in-season work. I’ve noticed significant increases in power and strength and a decrease in injuries across the season. I can easily track my progress on the app and gives be a great guide to improve week to week. the team are great and theres no doubt i’ll keep coming back. i would highly RECOMMEND.

Sport Performance
The coaches provide fantastic programming for all levels of strength and endurance – This has kept me injury free and completing Ironmans, ultras, marathons and swimming events. While also keeping me healthy and strong to smash my PB’s – I would highly recommend!

S&C Endurance Programme
As an avid cyclist and fitness enthusiast. I joined in 2019 and have been a member since. The team have helped me improve my cycling with their S&C for Endurance Sport Programme and most importantly improve my overall wellbeing.
